The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least ¾'s of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period.1 mo previous hotel/resort housekeeper exp req'd. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment req'd to perform job. No min edu. req'd, OJT prov'd. Uniform top/pants prov'd. Pay received bi-weekly, single workwk used for computing wages. Employer will make all deductions from workers' paycheck req'd by law and deduct approved cost of housing and shuttle service if employee elects to utilize these services. Opt emply only shared housing, rate approx. $85/wk. Shuttle transportation prov'd from housing to worksite approx. $35/wk. Allowed costs of inbound transportation provided (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence not to exceed rate of $11.86 per day during travel to a maximum of $46 per day with receipts. If necessary, employees will be reimbursed for approved cost of meals or lodging with submission of receipt at the applicable exchange rate not to exceed reasonable costs by check within first pay period. Employer will reimburse worker within 1st workwk all relevant visa & border crossing fees. Post-employment drug testing req'd, pd by employer.
