Hours and days vary 35-60hrs./wk. (42 median), may include weekends and holidays. Overtime or extra hours/applicable as required, varies at $13.13-$17.45 an hour. Merit/sick pay, savings program, wage pre-pay at employer discretion. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform job and offer includes three-quarters of work hours each 12 week period of employment. Work is performed outside in all weather. No min education required, no experience required, OJT provided. Pay received bi-weekly, single workweek used for computing wages. The employer will pay the applicable variable prevailing hourly wage for each location starting Maricopa County, AZ $9.37/hr. and traveling to Harris County, TX $8.75/hr.; Pima County, AZ $9.89/hr.; San Bernardino County, CA $9.54/hr.; Riverside County, CA $9.54/hr.; Ventura County, CA $9.72/hr.; San Diego County, CA $10.12/hr.; Orange, County, CA $9.47/hr.; Los Angeles County, CA $11.63/hr. Employer will provide optional shared housing valued at ($120/wk.), local convenience travel valued at ($20/wk.), and food available for wage credit and/or deduction, or any lesser amount to the maximum extent not prohibited by law. Allowed costs of inbound transportation provided (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved if necessary. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $11.86 per day to a maximum of $46 per day with submission of receipt at the applicable exchange rate not to exceed reasonable costs by check within first pay period during travel to the U.S.. Employer will reimburse worker within 1st workweek all relevant visa and border crossing fees.
