Purpose: Primarily responsible for the identification/development of IT solutions for clients using company products, outsourced IT solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques that others implement. Typically, project-based, with frequent visits to customer sites. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
